In an empowerment workshop, students work as a group with individualized attention from the instructor.  Customized classes offered in the following areas for children and adults.

• healthy boundaries & assertiveness
• relaxation & meditation
• letter writing & political action
• creative expression through art

Empowerment workshops encourage creative thinking.  You will be asked to challenge the standards and norms that we as a society have unconsciously grown to accept. 

Half the battle is becoming aware.  Once awakened, one can make a conscious choice to create change in thier life.
